John Mulcahy

John Mulcahy is SBS’s Director of Operations. He earned a Master’s degree in Social Sciences with an emphasis in Research Methodology from Minnesota State University and continues to stay up-to-date by receiving special training in best practices for the industry. John brings to SBS over 15 years of practical application in qualitative and quantitative research in both the public and private sectors. This includes executive experience in government, non-profit and member-based organizations, as well as healthcare, financial, communications and IT industries.

Prior to joining SBS, John served as vice president of a financial organization, where his responsibilities included managing metrics and reporting operations, directing primary and secondary data collection and overseeing production. John ensures client satisfaction by upholding the SBS mission to provide top-quality resources, including highly trained professionals, well-tested technology and exemplary service.
