DirectVoteLive Platform Pt.1

Our development team has been working to bring exciting new features to the DirectVoteLive platform, here’s the first of what’s new in October:

View-only Voting

You can now upload non-voting members into DirectVoteLive! This new feature is perfect for organizations that want to keep their entire membership in the know with regard to organizational voting, but only permits specific segments to participate in the vote itself. As an Admin you can do this by individually editing the members allocated votes once they have been uploaded.

Our development team has been working to bring exciting new features to the DirectVoteLive platform, here’s what’s new in October:

Fractional Voting

Members are now able to vote with fractional weighted votes! You are able to designate hundredths of a vote to members. This is perfect for weighted voting situations where a member may have 1.25 votes, simply input the correct weighting into the allocated votes field when uploading your meeting attendees.

Motion Drag & Drop

Rearranging motions has never been easier! Have you ever built out your slate of meeting motions just to find out you put some of them out of order? There’s now an easy fix! Simply hover over the motion and drag it up or down so that it is in the correct place. Admins and voters will see the rearranged order of motions.
