Kristi, Mitch, and their colleagues at SBS have provided exceptional service on several voting projects for our HOA. SBS has a well-designed system and organization for interfacing and executing voting projects.
The process this year worked much better than in years past. We were able to streamline the setup by beginning with a previous vote and making modest changes. Having the ability to download the list of voters kept the process on track.
Thank you to the team for your efforts to work with printers and mail services to get the AMIS out the door on time! We threw a few curveballs at you this time around and we truly appreciate the flexibility and willingness to get it all completed on time.
The staff was excellent to work with throughout the whole process. The integration with NISC/SmartHub was seamless. We experienced only a few minor issues (which ended up being on our member’s side) but your staff was very responsive and knowledgeable. Overall, a smooth experience.

It is a pleasure to work with a company that listens to their client and strives to meet or exceed the client's expectations. The SBS team made the electronic voting portion of my job during this election much easier, especially with a population that has a "paper" ballot obsession of less than 5% of the total eligible members (which is where the majority of my time was spent). We had 2,002 ballots cast electronically this year versus 1,105 ballots cast electronically in 2024! To me that is a "win for the Association and a win for our members", and I believe it is due to the fact it is very easy to vote with your product and support assistance.
I've worked with both Sean and Kim now for the last several years and they are wonderful people to work with. The process is very streamlined and easy to complete.
