Operations Associate
Survey & Ballot Systems (SBS), a leading national provider of member-based voting technology, is currently seeking a motivated, organized, and detailed-orientated FT Operations Associate. SBS offers competitive compensation based on education and experience (starting salary between $65,000-$68,000) as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
This position will have latitude and oversight over project stages to ensure accuracy through proofing materials sent on behalf of our clients as well as reviewing printed forms for accuracy. An eye for detail, aptitude for communication and proven multi-tasking skills are a must for this job. The Operations Associate also performs graphic design duties by developing/ changing election materials. Additionally, the candidate will learn to run test batches/results for elections.
Basic requirements for this role:
- College degree preferred.
- Previous experience in proofing client material.
- Graphic design skills preferred.
- Proven effective communication skills both within an organization and with clients.
- Highly detailed and action orientated.
- Ability to work on cross functional teams.
