Unions often use paper ballots for voting — it’s a traditional approach that’s been sufficient in the past. But it’s important to consider what newer options might provide members greater flexibility.
The solution might be a hybrid approach. For instance, one that combines onsite paper ballots, voting by mail and online ballots. This gives your members greater access to their ballot while still meeting regulations and union bylaws.
