Board Resolution

Organizations can’t hold elections for every decision. To keep things running smoothly, the board will make a resolution, which is a formal decision entered into the organization’s official records. Board resolutions are usually significant and affect everything from purchases to certifying election results. Not only do resolutions save time by allowing the board to represent members’ interests, but they also ensure accountability.
