Board Self-Evaluation

Board members are sometimes asked to complete a board self-evaluation, which is a reflection on how effective they believe they have been in the role. These evaluations ask board members to review their past decisions, participation levels, and adherence to standards. Some evaluations are open-ended, while others are formatted like a rubric, or scoring guide.
