A breakdown report is a post-election analysis that offers a deeper understanding of voter participation. This report segments voters by several factors, including member type, voting medium (paper versus online), and location (city, state, or ZIP code). This granular view helps organizations identify which segments of their membership were most or least engaged. Taken in context with other reports, organizations use breakdown data to adjust the messaging, format, and timing of future outreach efforts.
