Governance Framework

A governance framework is the overall structure that controls how your organization works. It includes your bylaws, policies, and voting procedures, as well as any formal policies that direct or control your organization’s behavior. Every organization needs a structured governance system, which helps make consistent decisions and builds trust with members.
