Inspector Independence

The people who inspect or certify your election need to be free from any biases or influence. This is called inspector independence, when the person overseeing your election is free of any conflicts of interest. Inspector independence is crucial for running a trustworthy election that members will accept. Most organizations have guidelines to keep inspectors neutral, such as restrictions on holding certain leadership positions.
