Nominating Committee

Some organizations don’t accept self-nominations; instead, they ask a nominating committee to identify the best candidates for their open roles. The nominating committee finds candidates, evaluates their fit for each role, and recommends them for elected positions. This committee vets candidates for positions, ensuring they meet all requirements for a fair election.
