Postmark Cutoff
Last Updated on March 31, 2025 by Hannah Seeley
The postmark cutoff tells members when they must postmark a mail-in ballot for it to be valid for the election. Postmark cutoffs prevent any disputes about ballots that arrive late in the mail. Most organizations set cutoff dates a few days before final ballot counting to account for any delays in mail delivery.
