Voter Database
A voter database is a list of an association’s eligible voting members. This differs from a member list because, while someone may be a member, they may not be eligible to vote. A voter database simplifies election logistics by centralizing member contact information, eligibility criteria, and voting status. A clean, error-free voter database is essential for in-person, digital, and hybrid elections because it ensures that only eligible voters cast their votes.
