Voting Rights

Voting rights means that a member in good standing has earned the right to participate in your elections. Not all members have voting rights, especially if they’ve failed to pay dues or haven’t kept up with their membership requirements. Voting rights are usually spelled out in an organization’s bylaws and include eligibility requirements for voting.
