Code of Conduct
Last Updated on July 9, 2026 by Hannah Seeley
Successful organizations agree to follow a standard of behavior, which is formalized in a code of conduct. This governing document outlines expected behavior for both members and leaders. Not only should it spell out guidelines for conflicts of interest, but it should also define which behaviors are and aren’t acceptable. It should also clarify what members can do when someone violates the code of conduct.
