Point of Order

If your organization follows a structured process during annual, monthly or special meetings, members need a way to highlight any violations of that process. A member can raise a point of order if they believe your organization violated a rule or procedure. It’s a formal mechanism that allows members to address problems in real time, ensuring that you make decisions in accordance with your bylaws.
