Roll Call Vote
Last Updated on July 8, 2026 by Hannah Seeley
Roll call votes transparently display how each member voted. With this method, an organization shares either a digital or a printed list of all members’ names in alphabetical order, along with their voting choice. Understandably, not all members will like roll call voting because it isn’t private, but done well, it can support accountability and maintain trust.
