Weighted voting

With weighted voting, some members have more voting power than others. The “weight” or influence of their vote depends on factors like ownership or level of investment in your organization. Weighted voting can have a big impact on election outcomes, so clearly spell out how you calculate votes, both in your bylaws and in plain language explanations before voting.
